(the 23rd Psalms) 

The Lord (God) is my Shepherd, I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures;
He restoreth my soul.
He leadeth me in the paths of Rightgeousness 
for His Name sake
Yes, even though, I walk through the valley of
the shadow of death; 
I will fear no evil:

For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, They comfort me.
You prepareth a table before me in the presence of 
mine enemies; 
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup runneth over.
Surely, goodness and mercy shall follow
me all the days of my life and I
will dwell in the house of the Lord forever,
Amen

And, God said, "Behold I have given you every herb bearing seed, 
which is upon the face of all the earth,
and every tree, 
in the which has fruit yielding seed,
 to you it shall be for meat.

And, to every beast of the earth, 
and to every fowl of the air, 
and to everything that creeps upon the earth; wherein there is life, 

I have given every green herb for meat", 
and it was so.

Did I sing Praises unto my God?

Am I ready to be a child of God?

Have I learned how to be in the world but not of it?

Am I willing to offer my help to someone?

Have I asked the Lord, my God to forgive all my wrongs?

Do I love my neighbor as I do myself?

Am I following the Golden Rule?  (Do unto others as I would have them do unto me)
